Commercial Auto Products Pvt. Ltd. (CAPPL) was established in 1987 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with a singular focus: designing and manufacturing world-class cooling systems for India's demanding agricultural and industrial sectors.
Over 40 years, we have grown into North India's premier thermal management partner for tractor OEMs. We build heavy-duty copper-brass and aluminium brazed radiators and heat exchangers that perform consistently under severe conditions, humidity, extreme ambient temperatures and heavy physical vibration.
Our engineering infrastructure underwent a landmark upgrade with the commissioning of an advanced Seco/Warwick Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) furnace. This investment tripled our aluminium brazing capacity and elevated manufacturing quality to global automotive Tier-1 standards.
Today, CAPPL runs a modern factory in Lucknow, serving marquee OEMs across the country and exporting to high-profile European Union clients, including VM Motori of Italy.
1987
Founded in Lucknow — commenced manufacturing copper-brass radiators for the North India agricultural market.
1990s
OEM supply relationships established with Swaraj Tractor (now Mahindra Swaraj), Tata Motors Jamshedpur plants, Escorts and ITL group companies.
2000s
Aluminium transition and export entry — expanded to aluminium brazed radiators and commenced supply to European engine manufacturers.
2010s
Advanced wind tunnel testing, mechanical vibration test rig and Scholer fin manufacturing lines commissioned.
